We hope that you never want to return an Unwonted Apparel product, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise simply email us at our returns address below and we will hopefully provide a resolution for you ASAP.

Cancellations, returns and refunds policy
All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.

What can I exchange/return?
You may exchange / return eligible item(s)* as long as they are unused, in new condition or any item that was damaged upon receipt. Clothing must be UNWORN, UNWASHED and TAGS must be intact. MUST NOT BE SOILED, including PET HAIRS. Where applicable, hygiene tags must be intact.
Exchanges/returns must be received back to us within 28 days after the date we originally dispatched your item(s)
*for hygiene purposes we are unable to accept exchanges/returns for head wraps or face masks.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, and it meets the return conditions above, we will confirm by email when we process the refund. We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 days of receiving the returned product. The time the credit takes to reach you is dependent on your card issuer’s policies.
Armageddon/Sale Items
Armageddon/Sale items may be returned for a refund if you inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel and you return the goods within 14 days of informing us. Goods must be unworn, unwashed and with tags on as per our standard return policy.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise to keep a proof of postage receipt. Parcels are your responsibility until we receive them back.
Unwonted apparel will cover delivery costs of exchanged items on the first occasion an exchange is requested per order. This postage will be standard first class delivery with Royal Mail or Standard International Shipped. For any exchanges after this on the same order postage will have to be covered by the customer. This will be a packaging and shipping fee of £2.99 for UK Residents and £20 for all other International shipments.
How do I return items?
Simply mail the item(s) in their original condition, with this sales receipt, to the returns address printed on the bottom of the sales receipt. If you do not have your sales receipt, please email us directly.
WE CANNOT OFFER A RETURN ON:
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Face Masks and Head Wraps are non-returnable / non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable
The return teams decision is final. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or credit for any item that does not meet the above requirements, or if we deem an item in an unsellable condition. These items will be sent back to you and you will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the courier.
We will process all refunds back onto the card originally used for payment. We cannot process any other direct repayments, such as to another card or bank account.
Only goods purchased at Unwonted Apparel can be returned to the Unwonted Apparel warehouse.
