We are pleased to offer FREE UK Deliveries for orders over £60. Basket subtotal must exceed the above amounts including any taxes or discount codes applied (This excludes E-Gift Cards which sent by email and in digital form). Free UK deliveries must be for a valid UK delivery address. We don't dispatch during the weekends and most UK bank holidays.
Standard delivery - orders under £60 and shipped with Royal Mail, delivery cost is £4.99. There can be additional charges based on the weight of your order, this will be calculated at the checkout. Orders are normally dispatched within 24-48 hours, but we aim for within next working day but may take a little longer during busy periods.
Orders above £60 will be dispatched using Royal Mail and is eligible for Free UK delivery. These orders are normally dispatched within 24-48 hours, but we aim for the next working day.
Express Delivery - We currently don't offer express delivery, however all our shipments do come with a tracking number and is normally dispatched within 24-48 hours, but we aim for the next working day.
Returns Costs - Currently we don't offer free returns, our return costs is a very reasonable £2.99. This will be deducted from your return and will be explained when you input your returns & exchange in our portal. You can of course use your own courier service which needs to be selected in the portal.
World Wide Shipments we will select a reputable courier for this service. The cost will range from depending on your country & region and the weight of your parcel. All charges will be calculated at the checkout, which will include all Custom charges, taxes & duties. We usually dispatch international shipments within 2-4 working days.
Attention EU Customers As of 1st July 2021 the EU has introduced the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) Scheme. Therefore, your EU country may ask you to pay an additional charge of VAT and Duties to receive your goods from the UK which you will be responsible for directly. The rate of this will depend on your country of residence. We are currently working with a reputable courier for this service which includes all the additional charges, so you will see the breakdown of these costs at the checkout. There will be NO additional charges after this, everything is included.
