Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE UK Deliveries for orders over £65. Basket subtotal must exceed the above amounts including any taxes or discount codes applied (This excludes E-Gift Cards which sent by email and in digital form). Free UK deliveries must be for a valid UK delivery address. We don't dispatch during the weekends and most UK bank holidays.
Standard delivery - orders under £65 and shipped with Royal Mail, delivery cost is £4.99. There can be additional charges based on the weight of your order, this will be calculated at the checkout. Orders are normally dispatched within 24-48 hours, but we aim for within next working day but may take a little longer during busy periods.
Orders above £65 will be dispatched using Royal Mail and is eligible for Free UK delivery. These orders are normally dispatched within 24-48 hours, but we aim for the next working day.
Express Delivery - We currently don't offer express delivery, however all our shipments do come with a tracking number and is normally dispatched within 24-48 hours, but we aim for the next working day.
Checkout + - This will vary on your basket size but it will allow you to have FREE returns & exchanges on all your products on that order number. This can only be guaranteed if you purchased with the Checkout + on your original order. If you don't use Checkout + then the returns and exchange costs will be at the customers expense.
Returns Costs - Costs need to be paid by the customer and will be explained when you input your returns & exchange in our portal. From here you'll be able to select which returns method you'd like to use. You can of course use your own courier service which needs to be selected in the portal.
World Wide International Shipments we will select a reputable courier for this service. The cost will range from depending on your country & region and the weight of your parcel. All charges will be calculated at the checkout, which will include all Custom charges, taxes & duties. We usually dispatch international shipments within 3-5 working days and transit time can be 7-10 working days but can vary depending on your country.
World Wide International Returns - Refunds only - Items from International Orders can be returned for a refund only as we do not accept exchanges for international orders. As with all returns, eligible items must be returned in unused, in new condition with tags attached.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, duties and taxes for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable and any duties or taxes incurred at the border unpaid for will be deducted from your refund. We advise to keep a proof of postage receipt. Parcels are your responsibility until we receive them back.
Please allow 7-10 working days for your refunded to be processed after it is received back to us.
If any customers wished to make an exchange for an international order, we recommend you return your item for a refund and place a new order to receive the desired item.
**Attention EU Customers As of 1st July 2021 the EU has introduced the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) Scheme. Therefore, your EU country may ask you to pay an additional charge of VAT and Duties to receive your goods from the UK which you will be responsible for directly. The rate of this will depend on your country of residence. We are currently working with a reputable courier for this service which includes all the additional charges, so you will see the breakdown of these costs at the checkout. There will be NO additional charges after this, everything is included.
